Conrad’s Needs Help!

We’re building a team of flexible “utility players” who can jump in when help is needed — especially ice cream truck drivers for spring summer and fall events.

This isn’t a traditional schedule. Work only when you want, pick the jobs that fit your life, and help out as often (or as rarely) as you like. Some people help once in a while with seasonal production, others drive events through the summer — we make it work.

Pay starts near minimum wage, plus employee discounts on Conrad’s sweets. And honestly, showing up with ice cream tends to make people pretty happy.

For driving roles, we’ll run a simple background and driving record check since you’ll be operating a vehicle around families and kids.
